This is why all BSI dealers must sign a Non Pollution Agreement and commit to following local government standards regarding the handling of lead acid batteries. For the USA territories, we enforce the EPA, OSHA, and ANSI regulations over battery dealings. Thus, all of the BSI battery shops in the USA and their territories must subscribe to our commitment to handle batteries in a safe manner.
Proper signage must be displayed at BSI dealers as per EPA and OSHA regulations. All this will be disclosed in detail during training periods and prior to the opening of a BSI dealership shop.
